La Villa è stata costruita proprio sopra il mare, sovrastando l'incantevole Costiera Amalfitana che da Praiano fino ad Amalfi si alterna in un susseguirsi di promontori e insenature che fanno di questi luoghi i più belli del mondo. Dalle sue terrazze, al tramonto, si gode di una vista indimenticabile sul Golfo di Salerno e sull'antica Torre Saracena. La villa si raggiunge direttamente dalla strada costiera, salendo una gradinata di circa 80 scalini. Villa Torre Saracena è composta da quattro camere matrimoniali, un luminoso e spazioso salone con tavolo da pranzo per 10 persone e televisore, due bagni con la doccia, una cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero/congelatore, fornelli, lavastoviglie, forno, forno a micronde, barbecue, aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Il grande terrazzo equippaggiato con tavoli, sedie e lettini Vi da la possibilità di consumare i Vostri pasti sotto le stelle, ammirando la favolosa vista sul mare. La spiaggia di La Praia offre numerosi ristoranti tipici, bar, affitto barche e una scuola di sub. La fermata dell'autobus per Amalfi, Ravello, Positano e Sorrento si trova di vicino alla casa. Inoltre, per gli amanti del trekking la zona offre numerose escursioni, per esempio il famoso Sentiero degli Dei facilmente raggiungibile dalla Villa. E' disponibile un posto auto per una macchina piccola come VW Golf o Fiat Punto.

Villa Saracena is a very largeVilla on the Ammalfi Coast decorated in traditional style. It has beautiful views and location is good. Giuseppe was very friendly and Very Helpfull But be prepared for Amalfi stairs. 126 from Villa to road and then a 10 minute steep walk down to pristine water and nice restaurants Our biggest complaint was the infestation of ants. I have never seen that many ants in one place They started around day 4 and by day 7 (our departure) the kitchen and living room floors were infested. Also some beds are very hard

Good points: fabulous terrace and view for having breakfast overlooking the sea. You also overlook the road but it's not too much of a nuisance in terms of noise and it's quite entertaining to watch the crazy drivers dodging the buses. A large, spacious villa with a nice external dining area. People very helpful, particularly when we had a problem with hot water as it was resolved very quickly. On the negative side: the steps! There are 120 (we counted) and it's very hard work, particularly with a suitcase. Also, the villa is just outside Praiano so it's a bit of a hike to get the supplies in (however you can arrange to have them delivered and I recommend it.) The showers could do with an update and the beds are astonishingly hard and take some getting used to. Otherwise it's good value base for touring the coast, and the beach is nearby (but down more steps!) with a couple of good trattorias for an evening meal. Just be prepared for a bit of a climb back up to the villa afterwards.

The villa is beautifully located and you quickly get over the 120+ steps to the home once you see the view. The showers drained very slowly and it could use some sharp knives to enable you to cook more easily. It could also use some new living room furniture. The seating was covered with blankets but is quite run down and uncomfortable. However, it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The villa is very well located, close to the beach (60m below and 5mn walk) close to hiking trail, close to postianno and Amalfi. It was great for two adults and 4 teens. Outside shower is very enjoyable, view is superb, car space could host my Ford Galaxy, fully equipped!! The road below can be a bit noisy and there could be a bit more glasses and big mugs in the drawers.

The house and location wewre magnificant. However, the internet was inoperable upon arrival and wasn't repaired for several days. The internet is vital to my business and therefore the lack of it for two days was quite costly.

This magnificent home was perfect for our family of 6 ( 2 adults and 4 teens). The villa is very spacious, air conditioned and had an outdoor shower and large balcony for dining and relaxing. The climb was worth it for the spectacular view and the location was perfect. thanks Natalie Don and family
