La Villa Il tramonto dell'Isola dei Galli si trova in uno scenario unico e sorprendente: l'atmosfera è veramente suggestiva. In tutto il mondo la costiera amalfitana è riconosciuta come uno dei posti più affascinanti. La villa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e dalla sua terrazza si gode di una vista strepitosa sul mare. C'è anche una splendida piscina privata. Nel balcone di fianco al giardino la sera potrete fare un barbecue per mangiare in compagnia. La villa è dotata di tutti i comfort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, aria condizionata. Vi si accede direttamente con l'auto dalla strada principale e ci sono tre parcheggi nel garage. Le spiaggie nelle immediate vicinanze sono La Praia e Positano. La Villa è composta da ben tre camere matrimoniali, una singola, tre bagni rispettivamente con sauna, doccia e vasca idromassaggio, cucina e un ampio salone. Su richiesta un cuoco è a disposizione per la cena a pagamento.

The Villa was stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures. We were a group of 7. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The 2 Masters on the second floor share a terrace, the view of the Mediterranean Sea is outstanding! In fact; this holds from all areas of the house, especially the pool. The owner is super nice and happy to help. The location is perfect. There are two great restaurants located just down the road (La Moressa and Kasai), excellent food. Plus a grocery store is near by too. You can walk to town for even more restaurants and stores and than steps away to the beach. You can take a water taxi back from the beach and than a golf cart cab home. So fun. We rented a yacht for a day and it picked us up at a beach/harbour near the Villa. Very convenient. Super day. The pace of Praiano is just right. The town of Amalfi is on one side and Positano on the other. Close to everything by Bus, Ferry or taxis. Highly recommend this Villa. Our vacation was fabulous. We stayed at this beautiful home overlooking the sea and the mountains from every possible terrace. Our host was hospitable and offered to help us in any way possible. The home itself was decorated with tasteful Italian Mediterranean and historical flare. The pool was perfect, the bedrooms were extremely comfortable as were the sitting areas both inside and out. Coffee makers including an espresso machine, washer, dryer, dishwasher and a microwave made everything even more accommodating. The location was more than perfect in Praiano. Quiet, private and yet close to any type of transport to get to either the beaches or Positano. Amalfi, Pompeii, Ravello are all possible. Water taxis, private boat tours are available especially to the island of Capri. This home was by far the best one we have stayed in as a family and would not hesitate to revisit! Grazie and arrivederci for now.....hope to see you again!

Absolutely great villa with fantastic view over the sea and Positano. the house is full of details and has been built with love and so much taste. I can recommend the villa for those who want to relax and discover the Amalfi coast.

The villa was lovely, wondeful layout and terraces. Good view from dining area, pool and terraces. Gianluigi was very helpful. Only thing that would make it easier would be a kettle, Brits do like their cup of tea in the morning!

Beautiful home in perfect location on Amalfi Coast. The pool, outdoor eating areas and views are stunning. Every afternoon we went swimming in the hillside pool overlooking the sea. The home is full of beautiful antiques and very comfortable. The owners are very kind and helpful. The breakfast on the covered terrace each morning was delicious and a wonderful way to start each day. Walk down the hill to catch the local bus (500 meters from house) or down into town to for the SITA bus. Local restaurants (La Strada was our favorite) will pick you up and drive you home. Everything about the villa and Praiano exceeding our expectations.

Staying in this house was the highlight of our three-week Italy-France-Germany vacation. With stunning views from the dining room, the sunny terrace that connected to the two master bedrooms, the shaded garden terrace, the outdoor kitchen terrace, and of course, the pool, it was all we could do to tear ourselves away from the house to see the rest of Praiano. We walked to the local restaurants for a few meals (don't miss dinner at Il Pino), but more often than not, we bought groceries (from the friendliest grocery lady in the world) and had them delivered (by her also friendly son), or bought fresh produce from the twice-weekly mobile vendor, and ate on one of our many terraces. The hike home from a hot day at the beach was never a problem, because we could look forward to the great reward of rinsing off in the outdoor shower and jumping into that beautiful pool. We loved every minute!

This villa was beyond our expectations! The house is absolutely gorgeous with amazing views from every room, particularly from the pool! For us, the pool was key as we had 3 children. We used the outside as much as the inside. The family who owns this house is delightful and so helpful when planning outings. She is also a wonderful chef! Definitely book her and her daughter for dinners! I hope that we will be able to return to this slice of paradise!
