Villa Tiber is a beautifull 2-story country house of 150 square meters. It is located a few kilometres from the centre of Rome at the shore of the famous river Tiber. From the terrace you will admire thrilling sunsets. Villa Tiber is closed to the bus stop (200 meters) and a shopping center(800 meters). The nearest restaurant is at 500 meters. Staying at Villa Tiber you have several options for your holiday: either you relax in the garden(shared with the owner who is living next door), using the gym, the pool or the rowing boat or you visit the surroundings. An archeological zone is less than 1 km from the villa. With the public transportation the center can be reached in less than 20 minutes.

The villa is divided as follows:
On the ground floor there is a large living room with double divan bed, an open kitchen with 4burner gas cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave and washing machine, a firplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a second living room and the second double bedroom both with panoramic windows facing the river and a terrace. Furthermore there is a second bathroom with shower.
The house is air conditioned and has internet wi-fi.
