Villa stupenda con vista mozzafiato . I proprietari Salvatore e Antonella e i suoi 2 figli estremamente premurosi e gentili .Tutto a 5 stelle ! Torneremo sicuramente .

It was a wonderful surprise when we arrived at Villa Arzilla 2! The view from the terraces was breathtaking! It was clean, private and well laid out. We came to Positano after a long drive a day early by mistake, and our hosts made arrangements for the night at The Tavola del Leone Hotel & restaurant which was just a few 100 meters down the road. The accommodations and the food were great! Thank you Giuseppe for being a wonderful host, giving us great tips and making arrangements for our tours and trips. We highly recommend Villa Arzilla and would definitely love to come back!!

Our stay has been absolutely perfect at Villa Arzilla I and II. We had amazing dinners at the terrace with best possible view and in such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere... Couldnt be better. Villa Arzilla 2 was exactly as advertised. The views are breath taking. The rental was well appointed and very comfortable. I am obese and it was a short path from the parking area to the Villa and a few steps down to the rental. We loved visiting the little towns and while lost looking for "Tutto per Tutti" market found this gem of a place to dine; "Kasai". Had a fabulous meal and were treated wonderfully by the staff. "Tutto per Tutti" had everything we needed to enjoy meals and good cheer while basking in the views. "La Terra" was also an excellent choice for a meal. Caught the boat to Capri from Amalfi. Go early and you can park at the marina for 30E, well worth it. Lunch at La Taverna del Leone was delicious. Salvatore was more than a gracious host. The booking agent was easy to work with. Perfect relaxing Amalfi holiday!

Our vacation at Villa Arzilla II exceeded our expectations! The accommodations were spacious and well maintained, the views more beautiful than imagined, and our host (Salvatore) gracious and accommodating. Grazie!

Loved, loved, loved our trip to Positano! Our stay at Villa Arzilla was peaceful, relaxing and adequate We had a learning curve at first, being Americans and all, the vernacular for coffee maker and washer/ dryer was simply not what we expected. Not to say we did not adjust, but to add that we have different ideas for what we would expect. All in all the premises were beautiful and the landlord extremely helpful. Villa Arzilla was close to everything by town bus which stopped right outside the gate. I recommend that you not rent a car and have a driver take you to various sight seeing locations and the city bus otherwise. For $1.20 EU you can get the bus to town quickly and safely, without having to find a parking space, which do not exist! The road is treacherous but these locals are very good at what they do. The villa description will indicate that there is a private beach some 500 steps straight down but if you are out of shape you may opt to take the steps that meander to Spiaggia Laurito, just below the bus stop. Awesome restaurant and beach. Reservations for the day is recommended. Groceries were delivered by the landlord's family and orders are taken over the phone. Many restaurants will pick you up for free and know exactly where Villa Arzilla is located. Please give these young men a tip...they are couteous and anxious to serve.

This was a fabulous location with a very helpful and attentive owner on site. We were close to anything of interest as well as a convenient bus stop out front that would take us to town. The beach on this property is ominous however and preferred the Spiaggia Laurito that was below the bus stop. Awesome beach and funky restaurant, Da Adolfo, located here. Food was phenomenal and clientele very amusing. It was like a party every day. Many, many stairs to most locations but in cool weather very invigorating. Stairs also gave us a reason to eat and drink anything we wanted. Local restaurants were very anxious to pick us up as well for free (tips welcome) and carry us to there location. First Day in Positano a recommendation is to take a historical and informational walk with Christine "Discover Positano". We also enjoyed meeting her husband, Vincenzo and thought signing up for the seperate wine tasting in the evening with him was a perfect start to an evening out. I highly recommend doing both. Also if you are in a State where you can ship home wine- do it... Amalfi Coast wines were amazing!!!

Absolutely beautiful villa. The owner, Salvatore couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. This villa is beautiful with a view you won't believe. I'm not sure you can find a better spot then this. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully we will. Please email me if you have questions.

We were two couples who spent a week at Villa Arzilla 2. Great location, million dollar view and very functional for four people. Owner lives on site and was very helpful in making reccomendations, introductions and arranging tours for us. Recommend highly and don't miss La Taverna del Leone just down the road toward Positano.

An amazing place. The location is wonderful and the view is spectacular. The villa is spacious with all the comforts of home. The hospitality from owner is noteworthy! Many thanks for a memorable stay!

Very nice views and quiet. Loved the location as it was just out of Positano. The only negative we can say is that even though the property advertises a private beach in lieu of a pool, they do not mention the 500 vertical steps down to the beach. If you don't mind that then it is definitely a nice place to go.

Very nice villa with outstandig location near Positano. Excellent view on the see from both balcony and the terrace. Nice rooms and bath. The privat area at the rocks was fantastic. Very nice and professional treatment from both Cutty Sark and the owner. Many thanks for the best holiday in many years.
