Sabbioni Country House offers two refined and stylish apartments
situated in the green hilly countryside of the Umbria Region.
Only a few steps away from Tuscany and immersed in the nature,
both apartments boast a wonderful position. They represents
the ideal place to relax and thanks to their closeness to
some of the most famous towns of the Umbria Region and of
Tuscany their position is unique of its kind. Olive groves,
vineyards and fruit trees frame the two flats, set as gems
in the green hills of Umbertide.
The buildings can accomodate up to 9 people. They are made
up of: living room, kitchen and double sofa bed. Both have
got TV and independent central heating.
Apartments:
- Salvia (two-roomed flat 2+2): équipped kitchen,
living room with double sofa bed, double room and bathroom
on the first floor.
- Rosmarino ( three-roomed flat 3+2): wide dining room
with panoramic view, living room with fire place and double
sofa bed, double room, bedroom and bathroom.
Utilities: parking place, swimming pool (will be opened
in the near future), furnished garden, space for children,
barbecue, animals allowed.
NOTE: 35,00 EUR for final cleaning; 10,00 EUR a day for
the heating.
As for holydays and long weekends the peak-season prices are
applied.
