I Gelsomini is a big, comfortable apartment (130 sq. m.)
in an ancient, restored farm-house which is divided into two
living spaces, or units.
The unit on the ground floor is occupied by the proprietor.
The residence is surrounded by beautiful, private garden with
pines, olive trees and magnolias.
This looks out onto an oval pool (12*6metres) with a lovely
view of the countryside.
The house is found at a distance of only 6 Km from the historic
center of Todi, one of the most beautiful cities of art in
Umbria, and at only 3 Km from the hamlet of Izzalini (with
an excellent bakery that features a wood-burning oven).
It is also just a few minutes from Collelungo di Baschi (which
has a food shop that offers specialties from the Umbria region).
Todi is at just 40/50 Km from the major centers of Umbria:
Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto…

The apartment is equipped with the following: a spacious living/dining
area with fireplace, a single sofa-bed, satellite TV, and
a Hi-Fi system.
In addition, there is a small kitchen with an oven, a freezer
and a dishwasher.
There are 2 "en suite" bedrooms (camera azzurra:
double bedroom, with french bed, private bathroom with shower;
camera gialla: double bedroom or with 2 single beds, private
bathroom with shower) and a double bedroom with bathroom (camera
rosa: big bathroom with bathtub and washing machine), which
feature a small table and armchairs for breakfast in the room.
One finds big ventilators in every room.
The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable.
There is central heating.
Guests can receive fax messages and telephone calls.
The telephone line is ADSL.
Other paid services are available, including: small breakfast,
barbecue, cook, baby sitter, weekly or daily cleaning.
Two small beds for children and a child’s chair are available,
as well.
Breakfast is included on the first day.
NOTES: Only for the winter period consumption of electricity
and gas for heating.
Water and wood for fireplace free of charge, for long periods
cost of wood to be agreed upon.
Caution money of euro 300. The apartment is not to be considered
booked until the owner receives a telegraphic money order
on line for the amount of euro 200 for short stays and of
euro 400 for long periods. The total cost of the lease will
then have to be paid 45 days before arrival of guests. The
Tenant will confirm the payment carried out as soon as he/she
receives the amount due.
Final cleaning euro 60. When the guests arrive they will find the table laid and
Francesca will prepare dinner for them too. The cost of dinner
is of 30 euro per person, wine excluded and 35 euro per person
if the dish includes truffles or steak.
