Detailed description
Bellavita is a large apartment on the last floor of a typical older structure that has recently been completely renovated. Elegant and welcoming, in a strategic location, very quiet, in the centre of the town of Praiano, it enjoys particularly wonderful views along the Amalfi Coast.
The apartment can be reached directly of the Amalfi Coastal road, which connects Sorrento with Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, and Salerno and it is in the centre of all tourist attractions.
Public transport is convenient and frequent, all public bus lines stop next to the building.
Arriving by public or private transport is simple, the apartment has it's own private car park. You will find the property ready to welcome you, equipped with all modern conveniences of a first class holiday.
The proprietors live close-by and are always available if needed ( English, German, Italian spoken )
A 5 minute walk will take you to the beach 'La Praia' for sunbathing and swimming, from where it is simple to get to all of the neighbouring islands and sea-side towns .
You will also find there water taxi, boat rental, a scuba-diving centre, bars, and several restaurants.
The commercial centre of Praiano is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Trekkers can enjoy several excellent trails in the area, such the famous Sentiero degli Dei, Path of the Gods.
The apartment consists of: 5 bedrooms with 10 beds, sofa bed for 5 person, professional kitchen, dining room, terrace, solarium, fans, Tv satellite, adsl, safe, washer machine, dishwasher, barbecue, one private parking.

"I would like to say that the villa didn't have a panoramic view although we could see the view from some parts of it.
the villa didn't provide us with adsl as mentionned, although the owners allowed us to use their connection in the next door hotel.
the villa was very clean;the welcoming gestures of the owners were very kind.
I wish you had warned us before hand about the view and the difficulty of the access to the sea, and the lack of adsl as you promised."

Heating in winter 30,00 per day. On request babysitting and cuisine courses in english. Lunch or dinner of welcome with traditional dishes of local cuisine included in the price.
