Villa Olympia is a nice apartment in the quite part of Praiano. It is in walking distance of a grocery, restaurants, bars, the local bus stop and all other amenities which you might need to have an unforgettable holiday. You reach it going up a flight of about 25 steps.
Recently renovated the apartment is composed of trhee double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, large living room with double divan bed, satellite tv, safe and one fully equipped open kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave and dining table. From the large panoramic terrace, equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower, you have a beautiful view onto the sea and Capo di Conca. Here you find also a washing machine.

This is a very well-positioned villa with breathtaking views, perched on the steep inclines in Praiano. Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Access to the two local buses, and particularly the one for Positano, makes beach access easy particularly if you have children. This villa also boasts an extensive and large terrace, which is ideal for entertaining young children. There are signs of wear and tear, which could enhance the attraction of this villa. Nonetheless the owner Giuseppe Girace is amenable and helpful.
