The villa has been built on the cliff above the sea in the beautiful Amalfi Coast which from Praiano alternates inlets and promontories in a succession of nature wonders all the way to Amalfi. The terrace offers spectacular sunset views overlooking the Gulf of Salerno and the Saracen Tower of Praiano. You enter the villa up a flight of about 80 steps. The villa is composed of three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a large living area with dining table for 10 people, two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dish washing machine, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and other utilities. The large terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and it has an outdoor dining zone enabling you to have your meals under the stars admiring the marvellous view of the sea. The villa is provided with air conditioning and heating. The beach at La Praia with typical restaurants offering excellent local food, bars, boat rentals, and scuba-diving center is a 5 minutes walk away. The bus stop which connects Amalfi, Ravello, Positano and Sorrento is near the property. There is one parking space for a small car like VW Golf or Fiat Punto. Otherwise the car can be parked against payment near the villa. Praiano the nearest village with grocery store, butcher shop, emporium, bancomat services, first aid station, restaurants, bars and other services is 1 km away. Amalfi is 8 km away, Positano 6 km, Sorrento 20 km and Ravello 12 km. Trekkers can enjoy several excellent trails in the area. The famous Sentieri degli Dei(Path of the Gods) can be easily reached from the villa.
