The villa lies sheer above the sea on the beautiful Amalfi Coast that from Praiano alternates inlets and promontories in a succession of nature's wonders all the way to Amalfi. The terraces offers spectacular sunset views overlooking the Gulf of Salerno and the Saracen Tower of Praiano. The villa is entered to directly in the road of the Amalfi Coast, up a flight of about 60 steps. The villa is composed of three double bedrooms and a sofa bed, a large living area an old Vietri ceramic floor, with a double sofa-bed,satellite-TV and wireless adsl line, two bathrooms with shower, a full equipped kitchen, a local Laundromat with washer-machine and large terrace with a spectacular views the sea. The villa is furnished of air conditioned and heating. The beach at La Praia with several typical restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, bars, boat rental, scuba-diving centre is 2 minute walk away. The bus stop which conned to Amalfi, Ravello, Positano and Sorrento is near the property. The car can be parked in a parking to payment near the villa. Praiano the nearest village with grocery store, butcher shop, emporium, bancomat services, first aid station, restaurants, bars and other services is 1 km away. Amalfi is 8 km away, Positano 6 km, Sorrento 20 km and Ravello 12 km. Trekkers can enjoy several excellent trails in the area. The famous Sentieri degli Dei(Path of the Gods) can be easily reached from the villa.

"Pro: Nice, bright, spacious and well equipped villa. The views are stunning. I loved it and would be happy to return there.
Con: Parking is very tight and 70 steps. Had some problems with the water but it was fixed for us."

Other: 100,00 EUR for final cleaning - from 2010 EUR 120,00; 80,00 EUR for electric energy per week.
On request possibility to rent another indipendent apartment in the same structure. Price: low season 400, mid 500 and high 600.
